FormX has taken another step towards providing a low/no-code data extraction solution that allows users to manage every single step of data extraction on a single platform.
In addition to training and configuring your extractors, FormX Workspace now provides an intuitive and user-friendly platform for you to:

Click on “Workspaces” at the sidebar to create your first workspace.
When creating a workspace, you must connect it with an extractor that you’ve built/trained or you can click on “Use a new prebuilt extractor instead” if you haven’t created an extractor.
After creating your workspace, you can then select one or several files, supported file types including PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP, to batch process your documents.
The Workspace will show a list of documents that you just uploaded along with their extraction status and time of upload.
To check the result of each document, click on the file name. You will be able to see the data fields and their corresponding values.
To download the extracted results as Excel file, select all the files you wish to export and click on the “Export to Excel” button. The Workspace will then generate an Excel file with the selected extracted results.
We’re working on integrating FormX Workspace with different platforms for import and export automation.
In the future, you can upload images on common platform or automatically import files from Gmail, and the extracted results will be sent to Google Drive or other platforms of your choice. Building a no-code data extraction workflow with FormX will only take a few steps in the future.
